Dave Bagley - Store & Workshop Manager
I've been with Panagua Bikes from the beginning and like the other guys I'm a keen cyclist. Before Panagua, I joined the old Bigfoot Bike shop from school where I trained as a mechanic. I’ve got over 10 years’ experience working on all types of bikes and hold the Cytech Level 3 qualification for advanced mechanics.
Our goal is to offer exceptional and friendly customer service regardless of whether the customer is a complete beginner or an elite athlete. I'm here to make sure we deliver on this along with keeping the store running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Denver Collins - Bike Fit & Store Manager
I now specialise in bike fitting and have carried out thousands of fits over the eight years I have been doing it. In 2008 I started to focus my interest on sports injury and rehabilitation and especially cycling biomechanics. This lead me to train with Cyclefit where I subsequently specialised in foot canting dynamics, foot stability on the bike and the integrity of the foot/pedal interface. I have a BSc (Hons) in Sports Fitness & Exercise Coaching as well as being a Level 2 British Cycling Coach. Level 1 Functional Movement Screen (FMS) & Level 1, 2 & 3 Biomechanics Bike Fit.
My goal with every client is to offer exceptional and friendly customer service regardless of whether the customer is a complete beginner or an elite athlete.

I have always had a passion for cycling. I would always go round the local trails with my dad at the weekend. I had always wanted to learn how to tinker with my bike and fix the odd problem. After joining the Panagua team, I have learnt lots of skills which help me while at work and out of work. Aside from cycling, you can probably find flying my drone or playing around with the sound at school events.

Rob Mogford - Owner
Whilst there are a lot of great independent bike shops in the UK, the idea for Panagua Bikes came out of my frustration as a consumer with some of the patchy service I frequently received from some more traditional shops.
I wanted to create a store with a modern retail space as well as a workshop that is properly equipped to deal with any bike from a chopper to a high end road bike. More importantly, I wanted to put together a team that shared my passion and who are totally focused on providing the best possible customer service – regardless of whether you’re a mum looking for a bike for your child or an experienced athlete with a detailed knowledge of your needs.
I’m also really passionate about supporting grass roots cycling and introducing as many people as possible to our amazing sport. As we grow, we want to support as many cycling related community projects as possible so if you’ve got any ideas please get in touch!
I'm always keen to get your feedback on how we have performed or maybe you have some ideas about how we can improve our store or our range of product offerings.
